I just found this wig store and had an incredible experience there. They had an amazing selection of wigs, different colors, lengths and styles, also had human and synthetic hair. Very reasonably priced. This store was friendly and did not try to take advantage of my situation(I have a condition that causes hair loss). I'll be going back regularly!

It is an amazing place to go to. They had durags, not all stores carry them. I highly recommend people to come here. If they are looking for durags. The people who work there are wonderful people.

It’s a hit and miss. I wouldn’t ask for assistance coming in and not knowing anything about extensions cause you will most likely be scammed for being unsure and trusting. I still go here but I stopped asking for help. I educated myself on what I need. And will be looking for a new wig store or extensions seller in the future ..Sometimes I get real human hair extensions for a great deal when asking for help from the owner and sometimes I get easily frizzy and knotted extensions that’s poor quality. I am very disappointed when I caught on to this.. I could afford the better quality extensions but instead he gave me very lousy quality extensions. It happens like every 1 in 3 times I go there. Cuz I’m always updating my hair. Unfortunately it’s the only extensions shop I know of that’s quick to get to. I don’t recommend asking for help. I think they have good quality hair if you can find it yourself and you know what you’re looking for . But do not trust their word 50% of the time..At least! From experience

Well I visited the store today I was very impressed with their selection of hair extensions wigs pony tails pretty much anything you need to change your hairstyle . Real Human Hair , Mixed Human hair & Synthetic and really really good quality and the gentleman help me around let me try on all kinds of things I want to try on and even threw in a couple of good deals for me ? I was really surprised they're really generous to the customers I'm definitely happy with the service and I got a really great deal. I'm sure it's not always like that but today it was. They're very knowledgeable about hair and hair care and products Great quality products def a hidden gem in the big mall.

I've been a customer for about 4 years maybe longer such a great variety of products I am here every 2 months they know me well . Emma's husband always works amazing deals for me and I always walk out of the store feeling beautiful. They have a great selection of hair extensions, wigs , pony tails etc always nice polite to me and a very organized clean store . This is the only shop I've been to since moving to Edmonton. I have no reason to go anywhere else. Thanks for your consistency ?

This shop is convenient for me being in the mall. I’m not from Edmonton so when I come to visit, west Ed mall is always on the list of things to do. This was my first visit to this shop. It was spacious and had many options. I purchased one synthetic wig. The many colors and styles were cool but I felt maybe the prices were a little high. The gentleman who helped me checkout was kind enough to work in a bit of a deal for me as I don’t get to visit as often as I’d like and I really appreciated that. I’ll certainly be back!

BUYER BEWARE! THIS COMPANY ADVERTISES REMY HUMAN HAIR, THAT IS IN FACT SYNTHETIC.. Im a customer from British Columbia and wanted to buy my hair extensions at this store. At first I was thrilled with the quality of the hair, and after only 3 wears, the hair started to resemble synthetic hair. Frizzing matting tangling knotting looking so fluffy and ridiculous and embarrassing to wear outside. It didn't matter what I used in the hair, Leave in conditioner oil nothing allowed me to control this unmanageable fake hair. Human hair is controllable and manageable synthetic is NOT. I tried to contact the store first I was told I didn't purchase the hair there when I went to no other store, very dishonest and appalling woman and it goes to show they're only aim is taking people's money but not upholding the products and quality that they're selling it's false advertising. Without a customer, you don't have a business and certainly won't have many return customers either. I'm now forced to choke down a $300 cost for fake hair and now will have to pay more money to have what I thought I already paid for. These people were willing to do nothing to make it right other than ship to the distributor to determine if it fake or not. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. SUCH A BURN smfh
