I had such a wonderful experience today! My stylist was incredibly kind and made the whole appointment so enjoyable with great conversation. The timing was impressively fast, and the braids turned out absolutely beautiful! Better than Pinterest inspo. Best of all, they were completely painless! I’m beyond satisfied and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Faith saved me!! She’s great, quick, and she ate. She helped me with the entire process of figuring out my hair needs and making sure I got exactly what I wanted! I started losing trust in these Philly braiders as they were both unprofessional and scammy, but she’s professional from beginning to finish. I will definitely be returning for her services!

If you like your parts CRISPY and STRAIGHT, this is your girl! She does not miss!! Her environment is so soothing and comfortable that I’ve fallen asleep in her chair a few times lol. So, if you want your hair to EAT, this is who you wanna go to. Lots of love ❤️

Communication was very professional during the booking process. I got stitch braids last minute due to someone else canceling on me. I received great service,great conversation, and all while listening to my favorite type of music. I will be back plus send others. "Remember I'm moms twin" lol

I booked for my birthday style and I wanted boho braids but I didn’t know I had to bring the curls with me. I compromised and she just curled the ends for me. They were still cute regardless and I got a lot of compliments.

I wanted to try a new braid shop closer to me since I had just moved to the area not too long ago and did not want to drive to jersey every time I wanted my hair done, i found this shop/braider online. I reached out to her and communicated the style I wanted and when I will be booking it for. The day before my appointment I get a confirmation email. The day of my appointment I drive to the location I text her and ask are we still on for today, she textes me back and says she canceled all appointments and sent out messages, I told her I never received a message, she said she made a post on instagram. (I dont follow her on instagram as I stated I found her online) , I asked if I was getting my deposit back, she said she sent back all deposits (this was last saturday, the 24th) It has now bee a week and i still have not received my deposit back. I did ask for a recommendation to a different shop, which she did refer. I just feel like it was A. bad/poor communication B. and refusal to send deposit.
