I have never been to Textures Hair Salon. It was my first time. My hair dresser was Jamie. I was going in for a wash, cut, and style. She listened to me, showed me pictures, made sure the cut was what I wanted. She gave advice on what style would look best for my face. I gave her creative freedom and I love my new hair!

Amazing staff, amazing hair, amazing service, not to mention how AMAZING you feel after. Taylor is an absolute delight! She is super friendly, personable and so knowledgeable with any products I need for my hair. My hair has never felt so great in my life. I always leave feeling like a million bucks! Highly recommend this Salon, and Taylor.

AMAZING SALON! It’s so nice, clean and the overall atmosphere was so pleasant. I showed Taylor what I wanted to achieve and she basically achieved it for me. She is SO nice, so friendly to talk to and really explains everything that she’s going to be doing and what the end result will be. The prices are so affordable too! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone, and Taylor as their stylist. I’ll be coming back for sure! ❤️

My experience at Textures was less then satisfactory. My stylist, Alex was fantastic. The hair colour (ombre with purple) she originally did was fantastic! Unfortunately it faded a lot by (from purple to grey) the next day, and when I called to get it fixed, she was more then happy to fix it. The owner -Jamie, however was not so accommodating. Not only did she make me feel bad for coming to get it fixed, she charged me for the shampoo and blow dry following fixing the colour. The colour still didn't turn out the way it was supposed to, and the purple is almost black. I let Jamie, the owner know, and she has no desire to fix or address the problem what so ever. There is no regard for customer satisfaction. Very disappointed with the lack of effort to fix a problem regarding quality of the services at this hair salon.
