I have been going to this nail salon since 2013. And even though I live relatively far (I pass approx. 10 salons) I will continue going there. Jenny is my technician and is booked in advance as she only works part-time (Fri - Sun., sometimes Thurs) I don't do anything crazy with my nails. Simple natural length acrylic overlay with gel color. Jenny is a PERFECTIONIST and will take the time and make notes on what you like to give you the best repeat service. The store just expanded its square footage so prices went up a bit. Not a huge fan of that as a repeat customer for many years, but Jenny is worth it!!

I had such a great time at Rose Nails! The staff was friendly and professional, and the salon was clean and relaxing. My nails turned out perfect—exactly what I wanted! They paid attention to every detail and used clean tools, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be back!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service from the nail tech was absolutely horrible. The nail tech name was Danelle. I came here for a simple pedicure and I had to remind the technician to cut my nail as well as doing the callesus. I came here with gel and she grinder the gel off too deep and all the way to making my nail so thin. So, I changed to to regular polish and she insisted I did gel. I declined. She painted my nails as I requested with nail polish but did a whole mess. The color bled onto my skin and I told her so she could correct the job and she kept on complaining and having a bad attitude. She just kept adding polish and clear rather than removing with acetone and fixing it. Then, when I requested she kept on treating me worse. I got so bad I she the. Said she would re do my color but I was so frustrated I wanted to pay and leave. I paid and waited a few minutes for my nails to try but the didn’t due tithe bleeding polish. I was so upset I asked a neighbor nail tech for acetone and removed the polish myself. At that point, this other lady who seemed she was in charge asked me to re do my nails but I just had enough. Check the pictures and judge for yourself. Start away from this nail tech for sure.

The nail tech was very friendly. I've been to this salon before many times. I went for full set and pedicure. She recommended the dip powder for my nails as it lasts longer, instead of acrylic. I should have stayed with acrylic. The dip powder was tedious as at times, it need it to be applied again as it came off while polishing it. Also, the nails are not even on the layers of the powder nor the coffin shape. Additionally, the color of the toes which was gel nail versus the nails were different. I brought this to her attention and she thought the color will be even with the clear nail polish, but it didn't and I think she forgot that I mentioned the the issue about the nails being light purple and toes being light pink. Lastly, the dip powder costs more and this was not mentioned to me before. I paid $91 for full set with dip powder and pedicure. Needless to say, I will never get dip powder again EVER. The lady next to me getting her pedicure told me that if I want acrylic on mt nails, after having dip powder, I will need to get a new set, which concerned me a bit. So now, I spent this money and I am not happy with the two different colors and uneven nails. Like I said, the nail tech was nice and friendly as usual, I just didn't like the end result. Since I didn't want to spend more time there, I decided to pay and leave..

Was a bit hesitant to come here despite all the negative reviews, but figured I’d give them a chance since I live nearby. All I needed done was a regular gel polish removal. I’ve had this service done many times elsewhere, and have always had it done essentially the same way: the very top layer drilled off, and an acetone soak to soften the remainder of the polish. The nail tech at Rose went ahead and drilled the entirety of the gel off my nails (including the top of my actual nails). I wish I would’ve questioned things in the moment, but honestly the process felt extremely rushed and I just trusted she knew what she was doing. I didn’t realize until the next day that I was left with extremely thin and brittle, sensitive nail beds. I even have splinter hemorrhages in most of my nails now, which I have never had in my life.

I followed up with another tech the following week to discuss what happened, and instead of taking ownership and offering some sort of compensation, she suggested that next time I get my nails done, to request a nail soak vs what I had done previously. I followed with a question about their policies, and that’s when she said that the proper way to remove gel is to file the top layer, and then soak the rest off- which is always what I’ve had done in the past. She didn’t acknowledge that the tech had an incorrect approach to this service, and told me I just “shouldn’t get my nails done” after asking how to heal the damage. Here’s to the next 4-6 months of completely re-growing my nails ☹️

Not a place where I will revisit. The customer service is dreadful. But again, it depends on the customer that walks in. If you look Wealthy enough, dressed With designer brand, then you will be treat you well. But if you are in minority, or your skin is not light enough-don’t expect a good customer service or a well job done. They are very cocky. I’d rather pay more and get better customer service and respect. And by the way, this review is done because of the service I witnessed with another customer. I receive a decent service maybe because I was still in my work clothes Professionally. If you’re gonna have a business, good customer service and respect is for all customers that walk in to your business place.
