Jen was amazing! I moved my mother from south Florida to the Orlando area and Jen took my call while she was on a cruise with her family. Just amazing! She took a great deal of time asking detailed questions about my Mom and her specific needs. She came highly recommended by a friend who I trust. Once she was back from her cruise, she immediately set up multiple tours for me and my husband and we found the perfect place for my mom and it was exactly what she needed. I cannot recommend Jen enough. She is caring, compassionate, diligent, and communicative. She’s the best and I would recommend her to anyone who needs to find the perfect place for their loved one. 10 out of 10!
