I will forever recommend Nailbar to everyone! I constantly have compliments on my nails. Cindy & Linda are always there to greet you with a smile, and all the ladies here are so talented and friendly! Ever since I've come here, my nails have been strong, SO beautiful and I can be comfortable knowing they value cleanliness! So happy everytime! 🙂

I come here on a regular basis and I'm always pleased with my manicure and pedicure. The salon is clean and has a nice modern design. Staff are friendly and do a thorough job on your nails. Prices are as expected. Will always recommend!

I will never go back here again. I went here for years and was happy with my manicures. I stopped going during covid and so for a couple of years my nails really thrived.
I recently went there for shellac nail polish for a holiday. My nails at the time were beautiful and strong. I just wanted a nice polish that would last for the holiday and a little beyond. It was just shellac polish over my nails.
I went back there to get the shellac off a few weeks later. The girl grind my nails so bad that they hurt. This was in early February. My nails are so weak and still hurt. It is now April. I feel like the removal was over the top since they were my real nails. I think that my nails will not be back to normal for a few months. I am so disappointed in this place.

I have ALWAYS had a great experience at NailBar. My nails always turn out amazing. The atmosphere is very clean, and professional. I normally see Cindy for my appointments. She is very sweet and full of great ideas. Its comforting knowing that public health checks in regularly, they always use new tools etc. The salon is great with covid changes and are up-to-date. I've been a client of this salon for over 5 years. I assure you, you will not be disappointed. Thanks for the great service over the years NailBar!

I have tried many of the nail salons in the Niagara area. I have been going to nail bar every 2-3 weeks since they've opened. I specifically ask for Tia, whom is the most wonderful, accommodating and friendly woman; she and all the staff have always been welcoming, and have excellent customer service. I refuse to go to any other establishment. for the work and atmosphere the prices are great and the quality of products show. I have natural long nails, thus normally I get shellac and dip power; if you're on the go like I am the Dip power lasts forever and they have excellent colour selections in both products.

The BEST nail salon! I have been getting my nails done at the Nail Bar since they opened and have continuously loved the service, atmosphere, and the people. The staff are always precise and friendly, you can tell that they truly care about the work they are doing. My appointment times have always been respected, which is key for a busy professional who needs to get in and out and all too uncommon with busy salons. The salon is always kept in A+ shape, with attention to detail in every area of the premises. Thank you for always exceeding my expectations!

First time here, the ladies were super friendly, but they totally messed up my nails. I went in to have them done for engagement photos, and she put most of the nails on crooked. The colour was nice but that's the only good thing I can say about it. She also waxed my eyebrows and they are super thin and uneven.
I called to have them fixed and when I went in they said I came in late even though I confirmed the appointment time.
I had to file my own nail to show the girl how to fix it, and even now they do not look nice. Now I get to scrub the gel and polish off of my cuticles so they don't look completely trash.

My friend and I went and were overcharged... they applied shellac on my friend without specifying.... she was getting gel nails... why would she want shellac...?
I received a shellac manicure... within 4 days my nails looked absolutely terrible. By day 8 the shellac had all peeled off .... it was Terrible to pay so much for 3 days of nice nails... they charge me almost double my normal nail salon... I am a shellac regular and I can make my nails last 2-3 weeks.... not 4 days!!
My friend has her nails fall OFF on the 3 day! 2 of her nails tips came right off she had to call to get them fixed they wanted to charge her $3 a nail to fix... and couldn't fit her in for 2 days! Unbelievable. Her nails were done very poorly, uneven and just poorly painted...
Never again. I reached out to the salon to let them know of my experience even sent photos of my nails and nothing... beautiful salon but I do not recommend them at all
