I had never gotten my lashes done here and found and messaged Sandrine the day before my desired appointment day to get lashes done for my birthday and she was able to accommodate me and allowed me to book right away. Not only was the location extremely convenient for me, Sandrine's place is extremely zen and beautiful, and she herself is incredibly sweet, caring, and personable. Being a new client, she sat down and asked a number of questions to understand and achieve my desired look and really cared about the attention to detail and ensuring I happy with my result. I have been getting my lashes done for about 10 years and I will say the lash job she did on me was everything I wanted, and looked extremely classy and lifted my eye, and was of very high quality. I will be going back.
