Objectively the haircut isn’t bad, it’s just not what I asked for. It’s too short and it isn’t cut in the style I wanted it. I wish the stylist had been clearer if he couldn’t cut it the way I wanted it before starting so I could’ve went somewhere else instead of waiting for it to grow out now. Also, there is no mention of an extra charge for length and another extra charge for thickness on the website. He did mention that before starting, which I appreciated but it should’ve been on the website if they’re going to charge it.

I can’t say enough about this place. It’s been my home away from home for years. Each week I look forward to my weekly wash and blows. The customer service is excellent, especially the people that work there. All wonderful souls! Maria the manager is an incredible individual. Very warming, with tons of experience. Love this location, I even take my kids here as well! Love them!!!!

I can confidently say 7 hours and $300 was completely wasted in this place, I spent the last 4 days crying when I should have been enjoying my birthday weekend with my new hairstyle Instead I spent it crying, spending more money and time to dye it decently to the full color I wanted and cutting it evenly myself. ZERO STARZ.

Amazing! What a wonderful experience I had tonight at the salon. My stylist made sure from the moment she sat me down I was taken care of. I sort of messed up my appointment times however I was accommodated anyway. I had not seen this stylist before however I feel so thankful I met her she made sure she gave me a great experience and in the end my hair was beautiful. Thank you for taking such good care of me tonight

my whole paragraph got removed so i'll shorten it?‍?Total process took 12 hours over the course of 2 days. Total was $312. First day it came out patchy,sonia did the best she could and it was getting real late but i came in the second day and sonia was able to fix it. I used box-dye on my hair a few months ago so it took a long time to get it to a blonde. Sonia was patient and sweet. I will be coming again.? (also!! My phone was dying&i needed it to order a ride home and they let me use their charger, lifesavers honestly ?)

I needed an emergency haircut and the first place I went to(different from hair cutlery) stated they were open till 4 p.m. but actually closed at 3:00 p.m. I tried to make a appointment on hair cutlery's website, but there were no available times. I called them and was placed on hold by their phone system. After 5 minutes I decided to drive there. When I arrived at the location I met with the somebody at the front desk who was answering phone calls and making appointments, etc. I verified I called the correct location. I told them what I was there for and they asked me to sit in a hair salon seat and wait for somebody to come over. I waited about 10 minutes. The front desk employee turned around and ask me what I wanted, then proceeded to tell me that it would take too long and that they had a booking coming in in about 10 minutes. Why would they not explain to me when I walked in? Inform walk ins that your booked and it might take some time for a hair stylist to see you. I sat there and wasted time just to be told that I wouldn't be seen.

I don't know the quality of haircuts that they provide but due to the poor customer service, I wouldn't give them a second chance.

I came in for Angelika to dye and highlight my hair before my wedding. I showed her an inspiration picture and she ran with it! Plus she had a great personality and the vibe was fantastic! I couldn’t have asked for more!
