It was my second visit to Flawless, I have to say every time I go here they do amazing!! Always a nice and relaxing experience!

I went in to my appointment not knowing what colour and what would go well with my design. As soon as I showed her my picture inspired by Pinterest of the design, she immediately knew what colours to suggest and she immediately knew where to begin to help me! I am very happy with how these turned out!

Took my teenager for the first time ever getting nails (gel extensions). I have to say I was nervous as I have been to multiple places in thunder bay and have been disappointed, and injured! Super comfortable as soon as you walk in the door, helped us pick the perfect colors, was relaxing, didn't feel like a rushed job. Offered us beverages, and the lady I had do my nails goes by Boo was fantastic! She even let me use her puffer, as the chemicals irritated my lungs a bit! The massage recieved after my nails was definitely something that was a first for me and it was delightful! I definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back! We are both extremely happy with our sets! Thanks ladies!💚🥰

I am writing to share my recent experience at this salon, which unfortunately did not live up to the high expectations set by the five-star reviews. I had a shellac manicure on Tuesday which I thought was really well done, but by Wednesday evening, one of my nails chipped. I called on Thursday to inquire about getting it repaired and was surprised by the response I received upon arriving at the salon.

Rather than simply offering to fix the nail, which would have been the ideal customer service approach, the owner chose to question me extensively about how the chip occurred. Additionally, I was uncomfortable when the staff behind the counter began laughing as I explained that I wasn't doing anything unusual when the chip happened. While I can't pinpoint the exact cause of the damage, I don't believe that should be the focus. The quality of the materials used seems questionable, and the customer service was far from professional.

In my opinion, a straightforward resolution—repairing the chipped nail—would have been the most appropriate and efficient course of action, rather than the unnecessary questioning and dismissive behavior I encountered. Needless to say, I will never return to have my nails done there, nor will my friends or family members.

In response to your reply, I would like to clarify that you did have the opportunity to correct the issue, as I specifically drove there to have the nail repaired. The questions raised were not intended to address any procedural improvements for the future. The time spent questioning me could have been used to resolve the issue directly, allowing for a more efficient solution.

got my nails done here for the first time ever and it did not disappoint! The lady that did them was a sweet girl and was very excited to try and attempt the nail design i showed her. i liked how positive she was, she did great and i love them. 100% would come again.
