I made an appointment for small knotless requested the owner and she said she was booked the morning I made an appointment. She said someone else would do my hair which was fine with me, I expressed I wanted my hair to be neat and not rushed. I go in at 9 am. My hair gets done there’s barely any mirrors in that salon to see how your hair is being done. I was charged $240.00 for my small butt length knotless. I got up and thought my hair was fine until going home to see the parts are different shapes and sizes in the front as well as middle part. Rectangles and square shaped. Two braids came out from the back. And the middle part of my hair isn’t even. I wouldn’t recommend their services ever! I attempted to get my braids fixed two days later she told me I couldn’t come early since they had people. I didn’t receive a response until that night saying I can come the next day or later that night which was more of an inconvenience to me. $240? And the girl rushed on my hair!

She has a very nasty attitude and demeanor and she will talk about you when you leave if you dont tip her. VERY NASTY! They braid good but I work too hard for my money to be treated like this

My hair didn’t come out the way I want it in the picture that I provided and I’m not happy. It was taken out twice and still not the way I want and I’m not gonna keep allowing Fatou Samb to take it out they are heavy handed. I spent almost 3 hours in the chair I’m over it. This style usually last me 4 weeks and it’s looking like only 2 weeks maybe 1 week. I SPECIFICALLY asked if Fatou can do it for a reason she usually does my braids. Fatou left the shop early and was confident about the girls in her shop that can do it. Fatou Samb confirmed she can’t do it the way Fatou does it after the braids were already done. I paid for something that I’m not satisfied with. No response back from Fatou. Fatou sister and Fatou Samb said they weren’t aware that they were supposed to do my hair according to Fatou she called them and let them know. Lack of Communication is unacceptable!!!!! It’s not okay to mislead your customers just to make a hustle out of it. Either you know how to do a style or NOT. Please understand we work hard for our earned money to get what we want done the right way. I do believe paying people for their time this situation I was only paying for Fatou Samb time and unsatisfied braids. Wish you ladies the best of luck in the business.

9/21/23: I made an appointment for last Saturday morning a week in advance. I received a call two days before my appointment and was told they had to change my appointment time. I called the day before just to confirm and was told to call back the morning of, to confirm the time. Called back at the exact time I was told to call and confirm, yet when I did I was told that they were going to call me back in a few minutes to confirm an exact time. Needless to say almost a week later I am still waiting for a return call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

They had the worst service. The owner Fatou was very rude she was laughing and making fun of customers as they left. I told the lady the hairstyle I wanted she did a completely different style and made my braids short in the back and long in the front. I had to go get my braids redone the day before my vacation somewhere else. They were so unprofessional I will never ever go there again.

Never again would I go there,I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. They’re work is sloppy they’re all over the place, I had to wait more than 20 minutes for someone to arrive and braid my hair, they have the place filled with a bunch of children as if it’s a daycare center. They’re card machine charged me and the payment was authorized by my bank then they claimed to not have gotten my payment and held me hostage for over 20 minutes waiting for whoever it was that had to resolve the situation. Their customer service sucks. The place is a dump. Truly just disgusting. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I was very disappointed in the service. I booked a week ahead to make sure i got a spot. When I got there I was seated right away and I asked for short Marley twist. Fatou and my mother were texting and we were told that if we brought our own hair that we would get 20$ off. When my hair was done, I asked the lady to cut it because I requested short braids and that's what the other salon does. (Braids the hair long then cuts it). She said no and we have to leave it long. I just accepted it and I told Fatou I wanted it short. She said "yeah we have to keep it long because the lady who did my hair didn't really KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING and SHE WENT BY THE PICTURE ON THE PACKAGE!!!!" She shouldve communicated that to me or I wouldve walked out. Then I gave the 120$ to Fatou because as stated above you get 20$ off if you bring your own hair. Fatou said you only get 20$ off if you get a bob and bring your own hair. Once again terrible communication when it comes to this place and I will never go back again. If I can give it less then 1 Star then I would.

After driving 40 minutes, waiting 2 hours and multiple calls to the stylist and her spouse (made by other stylist and the owner of the salon) the husband finally returns a call saying the was an emergency the night before. An emergency that did NOT render the stylist incapable of sending a text to notify the owner who could have notified me that she would not be able to make it in the next day. I do not appreciate my time being wasted.
