I've been coming here for a year for lashes and they are by far the best I've ever had. They look beautiful and are really comfortable, i get a lot of compliments on them! I have pedicures aswell and they are always lovely. The ladies really look after you and you leave feeling relaxed and looking fabulous. If you've not tried here yet I would really recommend you do!

An excellent experience once again at this salon. The ladies are amazing, friendly and caring. The atmosphere is relaxing and very comfortable. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of treatment is of high standard. I will definitely recommend Elegance Beauty Glasgow Fort x

I had hair removal treatment done yesterday! The women was amazing and very friendly, which made me feel at ease and comfortable. The treatment itself was painless which I highly recommend, the women explain the procedure step by step therefore I knew exactly what was going on, she also explained what to do prior and after the treatment. I highly recommend this women and her treatment to anyone who is thinking about it!

Had old shellac removed (which had not chipped in 6 weeks and had been done elsewhere for £22.)new colour applied and after 5 days one nail had a large piece of polish chip off and most others were showing white at top. Went back to elegance to be told they only guaranteed 3/4 days! As a goodwill gesture they would repair this time. Had this done but at£33 I would expect much better than 3/4days wear! Would not recommend!

Been going to Elegance for years and always been happy with the service (well 90% of the time). But today was my last visit. The staff were new (never seen them before) and so incredibly rude. Especially one of them; treated me like a scumbag and raised her voice in the shop, pretty much accusing me of lying about being there before so I wouldn't have to do a patch test or something. She insisted that I've never been there before because she couldn't find my phone number in their computer. I asked her to read it out for me but she didn't, I then asked her to search for my name and there we go, she found me. A serviceminded person would have said "sorry about that" especially after raising their voice and literally pointing their fingers, but no instead she kept her attitude and said that I haven't been there since 2021. I asked if it was in December 21 (since I only need to do a patch test if my last visit was over six months ago) and she actually lied in my face saying it was ONE YEAR AGO. I asked again if it was in November or December but she said "no! Not December! 2021!!! ONE YEAR AGO!!" I have bank statements proving her wrong but OK, be too proud, keep your attitude and lose your costumers

First and last time using this salon while visiting family for xmas. Had my gel nails removed and reapplied, removal was very painful as they didn't soak them off but used an electric device, my nails were burning and I had to pull away. Application was good initially but didn't last a week and my nails are paper thin now.

Had my nails done 2 weeks ago, short squoval with black shellac, my usual salon was shut for holidays and my nails were in need of help. I made the appointment, place looked lovely, girls all seemed very professional, the cost was £34.00 so I did expect this. However, the shellac was bubbled and peeled off within 2 days, the acrylic was squint on 2 nails (a colleague noticed this immediately) why did I pay you may ask? Well first and only time I will ever go, told many people of my experience so they will avoid at all costs and at the time I did not want to make a fuss and cause myself any embarrassment. I put up with them for 1 week and went to my usual place (£25) and have perfectly straight and well executed acrylics with a lovely polish of Gel in black. Bad show Girls, need to look at some retraining for this person, I am sure you can look back and see who she was as I made my appointment online.

Always a great job on my brows by these ladies when I get them threaded and tinted. Usually I get nervous about having them tinted since I have very blonde hair but I explained I didn't want them too dark. Therapist took the time to get them the right shade. Great value for money. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
