Daisy. Institute isn’t a good school, for people that really want to learn nursing assistant. The classrooms doesn’t have any air conditioning. The room isn’t big enough for 40 people. The teacher doesn’t teach well, all she do is read with no demonstration or a valid explanation. Daisy is only here for the money. She have a nasty attitude.

If you don’t want your money and time wasted, stay far far away. Very very disorganized placed and staff who have no idea what’s happening. It’s been 8 months and I’m still waiting on getting a simple course completion certificate. Not to even speak about getting date for the exams that you took your course for. Mind you the courses are only a few weeks and finished back in march. It’s now September and they always tell you they don’t have it to come back, or ask you to bring a bunch of documents that when you do bring they say are not needed upon speaking to a different person. And they take your money and latter on say you didn’t pay and have to prove to them that you paid because the don’t remember. The place is rotten from the head down. The owner herself, Daisy, is the most disorganized of them all. Anything you ask her she tells you she doesn’t know.

I was just cursed out and discriminated on my sexuality by the owner of Daslisley her self.i was chased out of the school.Daisley told me to get out of her school with my (GAY) self in the presence of a full building.
I took the, phlebotomy course this year which finished in February,2024,it's been six months later and I'm yet to recieve my certificate.I've been going back and forth to the point that i had to call in the cops on her two weeks ago.Today after putting my mind in a better place i decided to go back.Today was the worst of those visit and still left without my certificate. The attack on my sexuality was the full stop of this abuse.
Daisley institute is the worst school in NYC and the state must look into this school immediately. Persons are facing abuse on a daily manner by the,Daisley.

STAY AWAY! It's a SCAM. They will take your $3000 and never give you any training or certificate. We will take them to court and make sure they will be in jail for scamming people.

This school is terrible, and they’re pretending to serve a community. My sister took her HHA class there, after more than 4 months, they still do not give her the certificate. It’s an hostile environment and people are dealing every day with poor management. I think that I am going to report them.

Worst school ever. The NY state should shot this school.
If you want a certificate don't go there.
If you want to waste your money it's the best place to do it.
Someone should report what they're doing in this institution.

My time at Daisley Institute in Brooklyn has been nothing short of a debacle. After enrolling in their Home Health Aide (HHA) class, I expected a smooth process to obtain my certificate. Instead, I’ve been met with constant delays, lies and excuses.

For two agonizing months, I’ve been chasing after my certificate, only to be given different dates every time I inquire about its status. It’s beyond frustrating to be strung along with empty promises and shifting blame.

To add insult to injury, one of their staff members had the nerve to blame the New York State for certification delays. As if that wasn’t insulting enough, it’s clear they lack basic communication skills and professionalism.

Daisley Institute’s incompetence and lack of accountability have left me feeling overwhelmed and utterly disappointed. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this establishment. They’ve proven themselves to be nothing more than a source of frustration and disappointment.
