Great service! All staff were kind and the facility was clean. We were assisted by Brittany and she was very very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this location for passport services.

Tip: Join the queue at 5am the day you plan to go.

I had a very pleasant experience renewing my children's passports. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the young woman who assisted me, Kasury (apologies if I misspelled her name), provided excellent customer service. She made the process smooth and stress-free. My only suggestion for improvement would be better advertising for the virtual line system, as I wasn’t aware of it beforehand. It would be helpful to have more visible communication about this process.

Amazing experience since the moment you walk in to the building. Staff are very informative, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you ever have the need of visiting a state facility. I was greeted by Lee Anne and assisted by Kathleen at the window, wonderful ladies. Oh and make sure you get in the queue by scanning the QR code with your phone before walking through the door, you can can cancel the queue if needed to.

Brittany and Alisa were so helpful!! I worked with Alisa and she made this process so swift and easy. USPS is NOT reliable so if you need your passport needs, Greenacres City Hall is the place. Walk-in’s are accepted and quick during the school year. The process from getting there and leaving was maybe 30 min. 15 min of waiting, 15 min with Alisa.
Thank you all for your help again. Appreciate the service, especially these days.

Leean was SUPER helpful and patient (we had to come back a second time). Quinn was also very polite and accommodating! Usually it’s stressful to deal with all the paperwork, etc. but not at this facility! Selene helped process our applications and was the consummate professional.Not to mention the place was so nice and clean! What a pleasure!! Everyone is so professional & knowledgeable Thank you for this great experience!

The service I received today was EXCELLENT!
I was able to join the passport queue from home before I left and once I arrived I was greeted by Brittany within a few minutes and then assisted by Kathleen.
I was able to leave there and go to the post office where my passport application is on its way.
Many thanks for the extremely knowledgeable and pleasant women who assisted me today.
