Wij waren een tijdje geleden op vakantie in de haan.

Sochtends vroeg kreeg iemand van ons gezin een valse kroep aanval en kwamen we tot de vaststelling dat we een ademhalingsmasker vergeten waren.

Dit vriendelijk en behulpzaam apothekers koppel nam smortens vroeg om 6 uur de telefoon. Op en waren bereid zonder aandringen om de winkel te kopen voor een aankoop van nog geen tien euro.

En dit voor mensen die geen vaste klant zijn....

Van vakmanschap en toewijding gesproken.

I thought a lot before doing this review because I have never done a negative review before (bad experiences were not so special as this one), but this is beyond my understanding. I went to this pharmacy looking for something to relieve the itching that my 22 month old baby with chickenpox gets these days. Since my other 3-year-old son had chickenpox a few weeks ago, I know I can buy an over-the-counter antihistamine (which helped him sleep better in the first couple days the blisters broke out). The fact is that I went to look for these drops, and the pharmacist in a very bad way, raising his voice to me and turning his eyes blank and diverting his gaze towards other clients next to me, told me that there was nothing to give her, he said "go to the doctor for a prescription, while you can disinfect the blisters", I said, "I understand, but is there anything else I can give my baby to help with the itching while (cream, lotion, powder)?" As I was saying this, the pharmacist wouldn't let me finish my sentence and with a higher tone of voice he told me "I can't give you anything". I understood that he was not going to sell me anything. I left there holding back tears because of his treatment until I got to the car for the unnecessary rudeness. Hours later, calmer, I went to another pharmacy for the drying lotion and when I asked about how to help soothe my baby's itching, very kindly (as is normal), they recommended the antihistamine that I can give from 3 kilos ( my daughter weighs 10 kilos) and no prescription is necessary! Something like this had never happened to me before anywhere.

Mijn vriendin is hier klant, en zij heeft een onopgeloste invaliderende aandoening. De manier waarop de apotheker meedenkt, en actief op zoek gaat naar mogelijkheden, om het leven draaglijker te maken, wekt bij mij diep respect op. Zo onderscheidend vakkundig meedenken is zeldzaam.

Woensdag was ik een dag met mijn mama aan zee. Door het vele wandelen had ze spierpijn gekregen. Snel even binnen gesprongen bij apotheek Dupont voor een tube Traumeel. Vriendelijke correcte bediening.

Eine top Apotheke mit einem sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Inhaber, der großes Interesse an der Gesundheit seiner Kunden zeigt. Ich bin selten so gut beraten worden. Sehr zu empfehlen.
