Miguel walked right out to my car without me even calling him so I wouldn't have to lift the robot out of the trunk myself. Frank was so kind on the phone. In all I was in and out in under half hour with robot in hand.

I recently found out the old repair center in Cedar Grove went out of business and i needed a repair done on my AquaBot Elite. So I found this place online as the other repair depot for AquaBot products. The experience absolutely worth the ride for me. I dropped off my Robot and within 25 minutes the owner came to me and explained everything that was wrong with the unit and more. He had all parts in stock and with in 24 hours repaired my pool robot and at an extremely fair price. I would recommend using them for everyone. I was concerned about some of the 1 star reviews but after my experience I was compelled to leave them a 5 star review.

The owner is the nicest guy. Saw I was in a bind and gave me a big discount without me even asking for it. What a sweet guy. His staff was super helpful. Loaded the bot in my truck for me. The bot is working Great so far , very happy !

They lost my machine. I called numerous times they told me it would be ready. When I went 3 days later to pick it up, I realized something was not right. An employee finally told me the can’t find my Aquabot. Finally the owner came out after a half hour and said they had not repaired it yet, if i could come back tomorrow.
Also be warned of their pricing. No repair is cheap.

I have to go back again to have my pool bot repaired. It's under warranty but less than a couple of days of use and it's breaks down again. Either I need a new one or they genuinely can't fix it but they should know this and not try to fix it. Having to go back and forth, this will be my third time and it's frustrating. Hopefully 4th time is a charm?

Ruined my AQUAbot by burning the cord. And tell me oil was leaking oil that they poured on. Owners walking around trying to hustle customers telling them the “twin” story. Never again. These folks should not be in business. Your pool cleaner will die there. Avoid them and find another company to buy from. Dishonest folks. I would give them zero stars if I could. I suspect the positive reviews are from their employees, look on Craigslist, there is a guy who fixes and sells Aquabots at a very good price. Thank me later

Great crew that got my Aquabot working like new. Their prices are fair and quality of work is excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs to fix their pool robot or power supply.
