Helga is the sweetest nail tech I’ve ever met. She puts so much care and detail into her work, and keeps you comfortable the whole time. She greeted me and offered refreshments before starting the service, and throughout kept making sure my nails were up to my standards. I was very excited to book an appointment given all of the positive reviews. I booked two appointments on the booking site, the appointments were accepted only to receive a call 10 min before my appointment that she would be unable to service me. The times listed on Google and the available times on her site are completely different. While people make mistakes, instead of attempting to rectify the situation, she insisted I was wrong.

Good customer service goes a long way.
